No stylist will claim responsibility for telling Beyonce this ensemble was a good idea, so we suspect it may be a yet to be released piece of Tina Knowles' collection Miss Tina.
Too short, too tight and paired with pantyhose, it's hard to tell if the inspiration for this little get up comes from a back up dancer in a Bobby Brown video or pre-insanity Mariah Carey. It looks more like she's working the street than the red carpet.
